These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Boop mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Use of the App: The App is provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Content Responsibility:You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share through the App. You agree not to upload, post, or share any content that violates any laws or infringes upon the rights of others. Furthermore, you agree that any content uploaded, posted, or shared through the App will not contain any violent, adult, or distasteful material. Such content will not be tolerated and may result in the immediate removal of the content and suspension or termination of your account. We reserve the right to determine what content is suitably published to the App, and our decisions in this regard are final and non-negotiable.

Content Removal: We reserve the right to remove any content from our servers at our discretion, without prior notice or liability. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from the removal of content.

No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the App.

Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Boop and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or any violation of these Terms.

Advertisement and Data Storage: We may display advertisements within the App, and we store media uploaded by users using Amazon AWS.

Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the App after any such modifications, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Username Changes: We reserve the right to change a user's username at our discretion, including but not limited to cases where a company asserts rights to a username that is currently in use by a user. In such cases, we may, at our sole discretion, assign the username to the claiming company without prior notice to the user.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
